Welcome to Music Booster – Bass & EQ

These Terms of Use outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Music Booster – Bass & EQ application and related services.

By downloading, accessing, or using Music Booster – Bass & EQ, you agree to these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated on this page, please do not use the application.

The following terminology applies to these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any related agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing or using Music Booster – Bass & EQ and accepting these Terms of Use. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refers to the owner and operator of Music Booster – Bass & EQ. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of providing our services and products to the Client in the most appropriate manner, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of Vietnam. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Payment and Subscriptions

Music Booster – Bass & EQ may offer the following purchase options:

• One-time purchase
• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription

Prices and available purchase options are displayed in the application and may vary depending on your country, currency, taxes, promotions, or other applicable conditions.

Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase through the App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account subscription settings at any time after purchase.

No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period, except where required by applicable law or Apple's applicable policies.

If a free trial is offered, the trial period and applicable conditions will be displayed at the time of purchase. If you do not cancel the subscription before the end of the applicable trial period, your subscription may automatically renew according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Payments for Music Booster – Bass & EQ are processed through Apple's App Store.

Any refund requests are subject to Apple's applicable terms, conditions, and refund policies.

We do not directly process App Store payments or refunds.

Use of the Application

Music Booster – Bass & EQ provides tools for enhancing, editing, converting, and managing audio and video files.

The application may include features such as:

• Bass Booster
• Equalizer
• 3D Surround
• Volume Booster
• AI Sound Effects
• Speed Changer
• Audio Fade
• Video to Audio
• Ringtone Maker
• Merge Audio
• Audio trimming, duplication, conversion, editing, and exporting

You agree to use Music Booster – Bass & EQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use and applicable laws and regulations.

User Content and Responsibility

Music Booster – Bass & EQ allows you to import, edit, convert, process, and export audio and video files.

You are solely responsible for any audio, video, recordings, files, or other content that you import, process, edit, convert, or export using the application.

You must have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or other legal authorization to use, modify, convert, distribute, or otherwise process any content through the application.

You must not use Music Booster – Bass & EQ to infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or organization.

We are not responsible for the content you create, import, process, or export using the application.

Google Drive and Third-Party Services

Music Booster – Bass & EQ may provide integration with third-party services such as Google Drive.

When you use Google Drive integration, you may select files through Google Picker for import into the application.

Your use of third-party services is also subject to the terms and policies of those third-party services.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or policies of third-party services.

Premium Features

Music Booster – Bass & EQ may provide certain features that require a Premium subscription or one-time purchase.

Premium features may include:

• Unlimited audio and video conversions
• 350+ AI-powered sound effects
• Advanced audio editing
• Bass Booster
• 3D Surround
• Ad-free experience
• Other premium features that may be introduced in the future

We may change, add, or remove Premium features from time to time.

License

Unless otherwise stated, we and/or our licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material related to Music Booster – Bass & EQ.

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Subject to these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Music Booster – Bass & EQ for your personal and lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Republish material from Music Booster – Bass & EQ without permission.
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the application or its materials.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy the application or its materials except as permitted by applicable law.

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this section and elsewhere in this disclaimer are subject to the preceding paragraph and govern all liabilities arising under these Terms of Use or in relation to the subject matter of these Terms of Use, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort, including negligence, and for breach of statutory duty.

To the extent that Music Booster – Bass & EQ and its services are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Music Booster – Bass & EQ.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of files, loss of profits, loss of business, or interruption of service.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your files and content.

Nothing in these Terms of Use limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Music Booster – Bass & EQ if you violate these Terms of Use or use the application in a manner that may harm the application, its users, or third parties.

You may stop using the application at any time.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
